Using CreatureLab
You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent, to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, including software, documentation, and branding, remains our property or the property of our licensors. Generated images belong to you, subject to any limitations stated within your plan or applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse engineer our models, submit unlawful content, or infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to consumer protection laws and our refund policy.
Disclaimers
CreatureLab is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
