Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Aimagica and its websites, generation tools, projects, galleries, downloads, subscriptions, credit packages, promotions, and related services.

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. If you use Aimagica for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

• Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure.
• Do not sell, transfer, automate, or share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits.
• Notify support if you believe an account, payment, integration key, or project has been compromised.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

You retain the rights you already have in prompts, reference images, project material, names, logos, and other content you submit. You grant Aimagica and its service providers a limited license to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

As between you and Aimagica, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use outputs according to the plan and license that applied when they were generated. Paid commercial permissions are summarized on the Commercial License page.

AI outputs may not be unique, may resemble independently created material, and may not qualify for copyright or exclusive protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, or production use.

If you mark an asset public, you grant Aimagica a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, resize, promote, and link that asset within the service and Aimagica marketing surfaces. You can change visibility where that control is available.

Do not publish personal, confidential, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. We may remove content, limit visibility, or restrict community features when needed to protect users or the platform.

• Generation and export actions may consume credits at the rate shown before the action begins.
• Plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled through the available account or billing controls.
• Credit balances, rollover, expiry, quality, queue priority, and commercial permissions follow the plan or package displayed at purchase.
• Taxes, currency conversion, payment-provider fees, and failed-payment handling may vary by location and provider.

Offers may be limited by account, plan, region, date, eligibility rule, or redemption count. The discount, bonus, expiry, and applicable product are the values shown in the offer and confirmed at checkout. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Refund requests are evaluated under the checkout terms, applicable law, and the circumstances of the transaction. Contact support promptly with the transaction identifier and reason for the request.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular:

• No NSFW, pornographic, explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or sexually provocative content.
• No sexualized content involving minors or age-ambiguous subjects under any fictional, animated, fantasy, or game context.
• No face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deceptive impersonation.
• No illegal, harmful, abusive, privacy-invasive, hateful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
• No attempts to bypass moderation, safety systems, credit checks, access controls, rate limits, or payment requirements.
• No malware, automated abuse, harassment, or content intended to mislead people about real events or identities.

Features labeled Beta, experimental, preview, Video, or Image to 3D may have limited formats, inconsistent quality, longer processing, changing prices, or temporary availability. Do not rely on a beta output as your only production copy, and review the notice shown before using that feature.

We may modify models, providers, prices, limits, features, or supported formats as the service evolves. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements.

You may stop using the service at any time. Permissions for eligible paid outputs generated before cancellation continue according to the license active at generation, subject to these Terms and the restrictions that applied at that time.

Aimagica is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular model, perfect anatomy, originality, legal clearance, production readiness, or that an output will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimagica is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any mandatory rights or remedies available under local consumer law remain unaffected.
