Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, reference image, generated image or video, project, public asset, comment, and other submission made through Aimagica.

You are responsible for your inputs, the outputs you choose to keep or publish, and confirming that your use complies with applicable law, these rules, and the rights of other people.

• No nudity or sexual acts intended for arousal.
• No sexualized characters, poses, clothing, body emphasis, or “borderline” suggestive content.
• No sexual violence, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or sexual services.
• No attempts to disguise prohibited sexual content with coded wording, fictional species, art styles, or indirect instructions.

• Never create, request, upload, or share sexual content involving minors or people presented as young or age-ambiguous.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, and sexualized depictions of minors are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Fictional, animated, fantasy, or game-character framing does not create an exception.

• No content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, hate, dehumanization, targeted harassment, or threats against a protected or identifiable group.
• No instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing, abuse, trafficking, exploitation, malware, fraud, or evasion of law enforcement.
• No encouragement of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges.
• Fantasy weapons and non-graphic game combat assets are allowed; graphic real-world harm, torture, or content celebrating real victims is not.

• No face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, or deceptive impersonation of a real person.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, private personal data, or content intended to mislead people about real events or identities.
• Only upload references and create assets that you have the right to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights.
• Do not present Aimagica outputs as verified evidence of real people, products, or events.

Every user prompt routed to an AI image or video model is screened server-side through the CREEM Moderation API before queueing, credit deduction, or model invocation.

• An allow decision permits the request to continue.
• A flag or deny decision blocks the request and no generation is started.
• If screening is unavailable, times out, or returns an invalid response, generation is temporarily blocked and no credits are charged.
• Attempts to bypass, probe, automate around, or disable moderation controls are prohibited.

Automated screening reduces risk but does not replace your responsibility to follow this policy.

• Only publish game assets that are suitable for a general creative audience.
• Do not publish prohibited content even if a third-party model, imported file, or earlier system produced it.
• We may hide, remove, or preserve evidence of content that violates this policy and may restrict the related account or feature.
• Report unsafe public content through Contact.

Depending on severity and history, we may reject a prompt, remove content, reduce visibility, suspend generation or payments, revoke access, preserve logs, or report unlawful material.

If you believe a request was blocked in error, revise the prompt first. For account or content decisions, contact support@aimagica.ai with the approximate time and request identifier. Do not include prohibited material in the message.
