Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to operate Aimagica and respond to the actions you take in the product.

• Account details such as your email address, display name, authentication provider, and account preferences.
• Prompts, style choices, project settings, uploaded references, color palettes, and other generation instructions.
• Generated assets, saved variants, likes, comments, project membership, and visibility choices.
• Billing records such as plan, credit balance, transaction identifiers, purchase status, and applicable offer metadata.
• Support information including your message, selected topic, and any asset URL you choose to include.

When you use the service, we may receive technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser information, referral page, session events, feature interactions, error logs, and security signals.

We use this information to keep the service reliable, understand which workflows are useful, prevent abuse, and diagnose failed generations or purchases.

• Provide generation, remix, reference, project, gallery, download, billing, and account features.
• Process requests, calculate credits, confirm purchases, and maintain entitlement records.
• Secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce usage limits, and investigate service errors.
• Improve models, prompts, workflows, onboarding, pricing presentation, and product performance.
• Send operational messages and, where permitted, product updates or offers that you can opt out of.

To complete a generation request, Aimagica may send your prompt, selected settings, and uploaded reference material to the AI service provider assigned to that request. Providers process this material only as needed to return the requested output under their service terms and our configuration.

Generated outputs may be stored so you can view, remix, download, or organize them. Public assets can also appear in gallery and discovery surfaces according to the visibility setting you choose.

We retain account, project, asset, transaction, and support information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Temporary processing files and provider-side copies may follow different retention windows. You can remove individual saved content where the product provides that control, or request account and data deletion through Contact.

Before an image or video generation request is queued, billed, or sent to a model, Aimagica sends the user prompt and a pseudonymous generation identifier to the CREEM Moderation API for content-safety screening.

We retain an audit record containing the moderation result identifier, decision, environment, timing, usage, prompt length, and a one-way prompt hash. Our moderation audit table does not retain the raw prompt. CREEM processes the screened prompt under its own service and privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, analytics, fraud prevention, email, customer support, and payment processing.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, during a business transaction, or when you direct us to make an asset public.

Checkout providers process payment credentials. Aimagica generally receives transaction status, plan or package, amount, currency, external transaction identifiers, and limited billing metadata rather than complete card details.

When you receive an offer, we may record eligibility, presentation, acceptance, expiry, and redemption information so the configured discount or bonus can be applied and audited.

We use essential storage for authentication and product state. Analytics and measurement tools may collect aggregated or pseudonymous usage events to understand acquisition, activation, generation, gallery, and purchase flows. Browser settings and available consent controls can limit non-essential tracking.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Aimagica is not directed to children under 13, and local law may require a higher minimum age.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards. We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change, and will update the date shown above.
